Federal Broach’s internal helical broaches are developed, designed, built, and tested for a wide variety of parts. We offer helical tools utilizing annular or spiral gullet design. Engineered for performance in a variety of production applications, our spiral broach sizes range from 1.25 to 15.75 inches (30mm to 400 mm) in diameter, and up to 110 inches (2800 mm) in total length.
