Mechanical Vertical Rising Table Broaching Machine
With robust 50-75 ton broaching force capabilities and a wide range of 60-109 inch tool length capacities, our vertical rising table offers the versatility to accommodate virtually any precision broaching application for both helical and straight spline. Equipped with flexible fixture designs and full turnkey automation capabilities, these machines are truly an asset to your production line.
Pot Broach Machine
Offered in electromechanical or hydraulic styles, our pot broaching machines can produce various external profiles such as parallel sided, involute splines or cam forms and various other shapes. Federal Broach’s pot machines come in tonnage capacities from 5 to 50 tons and strokes up to and including 78 inches.
Blind Spline Broaching Machine
Offered in electromechanical or hydraulic styles, our blind spline machine produces internal and external blind spines in an array of sizes and part styles. With a wide range 5-50 ton force capacity, 10-13 inch stroke capacity, and 6-26 station rotary table capacity (part design dependent), this turnkey broaching machine is a highly versatile and highly capable asset to your production line.
Vertical Pull Down Broach Machine
Our highly flexible internal broaching machines can produce various internal profiles such as parallel sided, involute splines, cam forms and various other internal profiles. Our selection of internal broach machines are available in tonnage capacities ranging from 5 to 75 tons, with strokes up to and including 120 inches.
Horizontal and Vertical Surface Broach
Our surface broach machines come in tonnage capacities up to 50 tons and strokes up to and including 360 inches. Almost all of these machines are installed on custom designed foundations to insure dimensional stability and to isolate them from outside vibration. Horizontal/Vertical surface broaching machines exact specifications will be supplied with machine quotations, due to the large variation in application and size.
